LHM Intolerance Testing

The test is brilliant. No pain at all and doesn't take long either. I had one done to which quite a few come back high which explains the symptoms I have been having. Lynsey was very professional throughout the test and helpful with the feedback afterwards. Highly recommended!

I had testing done two months ago after suffering from horrendous headaches for quite some time. Since the test, I have cut out oranges, milk chocolate and white wine and have not suffered with a headache since. Such a warm, welcoming and friendly service and I would definitely recommend.

I decided to have a food intolerance test after years of stomach problems. Lynsey put me at ease straight away as I didn't know what to expect, she explained how the test would be performed and how it works. The test itself is pain-free and roughly took about 45mintues. I have struggled with symptoms since I was 16 and over the years they have got worse and worse. I had tried finding my triggers myself but had minimal luck and didn't understand my reactions at all.
